Lynn helps Della around the office dealing with the mountains of paperwork that running a practice generates. This is what Lynn says about her life:
“I am married and have two children, Peter (one of our receptionists) and Ellen who are currently in the thick of exams (tense times).
I enjoy hiking in the lakes with my super fit Labrador Sid and my super fit husband Dave!
I also enjoy Ghost hunting and looking around Castles.
As well as working part time at Hoylake Vets, I am a supply primary teacher and I love both jobs (How lucky am I?)”
These are Lynn’s pets:
She has a three year old black Labrador called Sid who is the love of her life (Sorry Dave). Since Sid is a Labrador he is funny all day long – just don’t mention all the things he eats.
Gracey is one of her rescue cats, who is very refined, if she was human she would be a supermodel. (She is very beautiful).
She is also an excellent mouser and hunter, as well as being devoted to Lynn’s daughter Ellen. Which doesn’t always work out as she shows her devotion to her by bringing her the spoils of her hunting and putting them on her bed, (and they aren’t always dead).
“Pilkington (right) is the best mouser in town as he is only one year old and still so lively as well a great fun. (You don’t need the t.v. when he is around). He is also a very affectionate lap cat.
Claude is Gracey’s brother and has the same long hair, however he is epileptic, which is currently under control – and as well as this he is cross-eyed. He is very funny when you are playing with him, as his eyes tell him where he thinks the ball is but his paw shoots off in a different direction.”
